Have you ever wondered what to do with all the left over whey from your delicious homemade batch of cheese? There are several ways to not waste the whey that remains. I have added it to fruit smoothies, I have used it to boil pasta, used it as soup broth, liquid for my cereal, oatmeal, pizza dough, and even my creamer in my morning brew. Whatever recipe you add whey to will provide added vitamins and minerals. And if there is absolutely not enough room for me to keep this stuff around, it adds a wonderfully, disgusting, nutrient dense addition to your compost! There is never any reason this stuff should be goin' down your drain.
